TNHRCE’s Counter Affidavit in mismanagement of temple funds case

In response to the PIL filed by the Indic Collective Trust before the Madras High Court in July this year, the TNHRCE Commissioner had filed a Counter Affidavit in August. The Affidavit justifies all the activities pointed out by the Trust as illegal and further claims that the ‘Secular’ State is fit to step into the shoes of a Hindu King while managing a Temple/Temple funds.
