Petition challenging TN Government’s order to regularise encroached Temple lands
President of the Indic Collective Trust, Mr. T.R. Ramesh has filed a Petition before the Madras High Court seeking to quash Tamil Nadu Government’s order dated 30 August 2019 whereby, the government wants to regularise encroached Temple lands. Pursuant to the plea, the High Court on 22 November 2019, granted an interim stay on the said government order in so far as the Temple lands are concerned.
