Pazhani Sri Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple
Shri TR Ramesh, the President of Indic Collective Trust has filed a petition before the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court challenging the illegal presence of Executive Officer in Pazhani Sri Dhandayuthapani Swamy Temple and the appointment of servants of TNHRCE Department as “Fit Persons” (Super Trustees) of Hindu Temples. The Hon’ble Court has framed issues in its latest order dated 22.09.2020. The Writ petition and the said order is available below. The non-hereditary Trustees appointed by the Government resigned thereafter and the final order dated 30.07.2021 is also available below.
