ICT, OpIndia and Upword implead in Sudarshan TV matter
Indic Collective Trust along with OpIndia and Upword have impleaded in W.P.(C) No. 956/2020 – FIROZ IQBAL KHAN Vs. UNION OF INDIA & ORS, related to the ban on Sudarshan TV’s show questioning the selection procedure of UPSC. The issues of ‘right to free speech’, ‘public morality’ and ‘hate speech’ will be deliberated before the SC. The Impleadment Application can be accessed from below:
